The Vari-Disc Duo Disc Harrow range is fitted with Heavy Duty Hubs and bearings with a 2 year Warranty and incorporates rigid machines up to 3.25m working width, all available with the Vari-Tilth soil loosening tines.

Ideal for Stubble incorporation, for use on ploughed land and for incorporating vegetable crop residue. The angle of the disc ensures land is worked to an even depth whilst maximizing the incorporation and mixing ability. To ensure the Vari-Disc Duo works the soil to an even depth across its width and maximize incorporation and mixing, the discs have a patented system that allows the operator to vary the angle of engagement with the soil and therefore the amount of work carried out.

Tine Attack The Vari-Tilth Integrates between the Tractor and Disc giving the ability to incorporate surface residues and loosen the lower soil structure in one pass. Disc Action Each Disc is laid over at 21º to the vertical which ensures superb mixing and incorporation whilst the angle of cut can be adjusted to suit the conditions Crush & Consolidate The heavy cast Prisma Rollers grinding Action breaks up clods and consolidates encouraging weed seed germination and leaving the land weatherproof. Disc Adjustement The angle of each row of discs can be adjusted to increase aggression and suit the cultivation action to the soil type and conditions. This makes the Vari-Disc Duo a useful tool for seconary or primary cultivations. Heavy Duty Hub Twin heavy duty taper roller bearings are covered by a 2 year warrenty. Depth Adjustment A simple pin system allows the operator to control tthe working depth.

Vari Disc Duo 300 2.95m

The Vari-Disc Duo Disc Harrow has been sold on the Uk market for over 20 years and it now has many followers. The simple angle adjustment of the 22 individually mounted discs themselves leant over at 21 degrees enables the Duo 300 to work in many different conditions.

The 300 is ideal for primary tillage, incorporating crop residues and creating stale seedbeds but can also be adjusted to perform well as a secondary cultivator working down a seedbed.

Adding the Vari-Tilth or HD Vari-Tilth and you have an exceptional tine and disc cultivator capable of moving soil up to 300mm deep.

Vari Disc Duo 330 3.25m

Like the Vari-Disc Duo 300 the 330 with its simple angle adjustment of its individually mounted discs what leant over at 21 degrees enables the Duo 330 to work in many different conditions but the 330 has 24 disc giving you that little more width.

330 like the 300 is ideal for primary tillage, incorporating crop residues and creating stale seedbeds but can also be adjusted to perform well as a secondary cultivator working down a seedbed.

Adding the Vari-Tilth or HD Vari-Tilth and you have an exceptional tine and disc cultivator capable of moving soil up to 300mm deep.

Prisma-Roller

Consolidates evenly across the full width of the discs Sharp edges cut and fissure large clods Each ring mounted on a square axle ensures all rings turn together to maximise clod crushing

The conical groove between each Prisma segment ensures the ring cleans itself in wet conditions
Prisma Rollers come in segments that are maximum 1.6m long, The grinding action of the Prisma breaks up clods in the top layer of the soil but leaves some small clods on the surface to prevent capping.
Larger cobbles on top to prevent capping, Fine soil at seed depth gives ideal germination conditions
Scraper system cleans and prevents clods and stones jamming between rings and Good even consolidation and clod breaking.

Vari-Tilth

Adding the standard Vari-Tilth to the front of the Vari-Disc Duo helps penetration in hard conditions and allows the entire soil profile to be moved in one pass. The working depth of the Vari-Tilth (down to 300mm) is easily adjusted using 2 pins to set its depth in relation to the Discs behind.
