DCM - Serious Controls For Ultimate Control

The OPICO grain dryer models 395, 595 and 600 feature the unique DCM controls for safer accurate drying.

This direct control monitor has a self diagnostic fault finder which automatically monitors all drying functions on the dryer.

These include drying temperature, grain temperature, flame failure, power failure, fan failure, fuel supply agitator auger and PTO speeds.

During the entire time the dryer is in operation the electrical supply is monitored and with the use of thermo couplers very precise control of the drying operation can be made.

Should any of the functions of the dryer fail the gas supply is automatically shut off and a precise message is given on the LCD read out.

The safety and fault diagnosis is carried out automatically by the DCM.

Maintenance and servicing is made more effective and almost immediate diagnosis of any fault can be made by the operator thus requiring minimal service intervention.
