HE-VA MEGA DAN

Designed for use straight after the combine to cultivate stubbles and crop residue. The new HE-VA MEGA DAN can be used for mixing soils before the plough or to create minimum tillage seedbeds. All the machines in the MEGA DAN range feature heavy duty 100mm box section frame and cat II/III linkage, they have 850mm under frame clearance to allow residues to “boil and mix” at speed without blocking. Adjustable levelling discs then produce an even finish ready to be consolidated by a choice of different rollers. The MEGA DAN is a high speed tillage tool, working best at 10-15 kph allowing large acreages to be covered each day at a busy time of year.     The tine has 4 separate replaceable parts to allow individual replacement according to wear rate.       3.85m and 4.5m machines fold hydraulically for transport and incorporate an over-centre lock to keep the wings held in position.   3 angle settings allow the operator to set the aggressiveness of the tine to the job in hand     Spring reset is standard on all models Tube crumbler roller T-Profile roller A choice of standard tube crumbler roller or the NEW heavier T-profile roller is available.
