The V-profile Pakker incorporates the new pressed steel V-Profile ring developed for the Disc Roller. This gives you all the features of the other HE-VA Front Pakkers along with the benefit of this new profile ring which ensures optimum consolidation while having a shape rib to maximise clod crushing.
The press comes in a standard form as the V-Profile pakker or in ShattaPress form with a front Shatter Board to level, work down and consolidate in front of the V-Profile rings
The ring spacing is 125mm with a scaper between each ring to give full with consolidation on light and heavey land alike but leaves some loose friable tilth for the drill behind to work with.

| The rings can turn individually but are linked by a series of lugs that ensure they all drive together and continue to turn in wet and sticky conditions. |
Indivdual spring steel scrapers extend virtually to the hub of the ring ensuring the press keeps turning even in the wet. |

The long Press headstock becomes an extension of the front of the tractor when attached and hence the press is actually trailed rather than pushed ensuring that it follows the nose of the tractor steering smoothly even at speed. The Steering rollers (pictured above) self centre the press to prevent it swaying around when lifted to turn on the headland or in transport. |

As with all HE-VA machines, the headstock is designed to cope with the heaviest ring combination and attachment of a Front tine or Shattaboard cultivator. |
