Front Roller

The HE-VA Front Roller uses Cambridge and Breaker or Crosskill rings to give even full width pressing suitable for light to medium soil types. Add the full width Shattaboard and turn the Front Roller int a Shattapress to increase the cultivation action, improve levelling and save time and money preparing the ideal seedbed.

The Shattabord paddles can work independently or be interlocked with a connecting rod system harnessing their combined strengths to improve levelling while the boards themselves cultivate and consolidate.

The aggressiveness of the Shatta board is hydraulically adjustable from the tractor seat, with a simple setting scale for the tractor driver to work from.

510mm or 620mm Cambridge rings ensure every square inch of soil is firmed whilst the breaker rings improve aggression in heavier land and keep the press clean when the going gets sticky.

The 480/530mm crosskill rings aggressively work the soil leaving small clods on the surface and a fine tilth at seed depth to optimize germination and reduce capping and wind blow.

	Specify the rings to suit the Job in hand and then add the front cultivator to improve cultivation, levelling or both. 510mm Cambridge and breaker rings for lighter soils or 620mm Cambridge and Breaker rings for medium soil types giving excellent full width consolidation.                      480/530mm Crosskill rings giving an aggressive grinding action and good consolidation. The same clever steering system used on the Front Pakker is used on the Front Roller. The long Press headstock becomes an extension of the front of the tractor when attached and hence the press is actually trailed rather than pushed ensuring that it follows the nose of the tractor steering smoothly even at speed. The steering rollers self centre (pictured below, click for a larger veiw) the press to prevent it swaying around when lifted to turn on the headland or in transport.

The difference with the Front Roller is that the
steering mechanism can also be locked so that
your press can be used on the rear three point
linkage as well. (Seen below, click for larger view)
