HE-VA CULTIPAKKER

The new HE-VA CultiPacker front press incorporates all the main frame features of other HE-VA front presses with the aggressive cultivating and consolidating ability of a toothed packer roller.

The 750mm diameter of the CultiPacker ensures low rolling resistance and hence a low horsepower requirement. The teeth on the packer help drive it in soft conditions whilst cracking and fissuring hard clods on heavier land.

In the wet the individually adjustable twin scrapers clean the surface of the roller whilst it turns keeping the press moving even in poor conditions.

Available with Shattabords, Shattaboards fitted with slicing plates or 2 rows of straight tines to provide additional cultivation and levelling The weight of the Cultipacker front press can be altered by completely or partially filling with water as the conditions dictate. The HE-VA front press headstock acts as an extension to the front of the tractor pulling the press from the front rather than pushing it, this ensures that the press steers effectively without oscillating from side to side

When the press is lifted for transport or to turn on the headland a centring system ensures it does not swing from side to side.
